Black Gold

This is an opaque gold and black glaze. The color fluctuates from shiny metallic gold, to somewhat matte grey gold. Where it is thicker, it is a carbon like matte black. Where it is extremely thin it is a burnt ash black. It is a runny glaze, and tends to drip on vertical surfaces. It is a very temperamental glaze, but the results are dynamic.
